Service Workflow and Process

At www.evrepair.in, we follow a structured and systematic approach to ensure that every 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler EV repair is performed with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Our workflow is designed to minimize downtime and restore vehicles to optimal working condition as quickly as possible.

Initial Assessment and Diagnostics

Vehicle Check-In: When a vehicle arrives at our facility (or is inspected on-site), it undergoes a thorough check-in process where we record any visible issues and the client’s observations about performance problems.

Comprehensive Diagnostics: Our technicians use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify the root cause of any performance issues. We conduct detailed inspections of the battery, charger, motor controller, and electrical systems, pinpointing specific faults or malfunctions.

Client Consultation: After completing the diagnostics, we prepare a detailed report outlining the issues identified, recommended repairs, and associated costs. We ensure the client understands the scope of the repairs and provide transparent options for moving forward.

Repair Planning and Estimation

Customized Repair Plan: Based on the diagnostics, we create a tailored repair plan that addresses all identified issues. This plan includes the necessary parts, labor, and timelines for completion.

Cost Estimation: We provide the client with a clear and detailed cost estimate for the repair, including a breakdown of parts, labor, and any additional services. We also offer advice on whether repair or replacement is the most cost-effective option.

Approval Process: Once the client reviews and approves the repair plan and cost estimate, we move forward with the repair process.

Repair Execution

Component-Specific Repairs: Our team of certified technicians specializes in repairing critical EV components, including:

  • Battery Repair: Replacing or repairing damaged cells, fixing BMS issues, and addressing thermal management problems.
  • Charger Repair: Repairing power supply circuits, control boards, and cooling systems. •
  • Controller Repair: Repairing faulty ICs, capacitors, or resistors, and performing software recalibration for BLDC motor controllers.

Quality Control: Each repair is performed with strict adherence to industry standards, using OEMcompliant parts where necessary. Throughout the process, quality control measures ensure every step is completed to the highest standard.

Post-Repair Testing and Validation

Performance Testing: Once the repair is complete, we perform tests to validate the repair and ensure the vehicle is functioning at optimal levels. This includes:

  • Battery performance checks (capacity, voltage, and thermal regulation).
  • Charger functionality tests (power output, charging cycles, and safety checks).
  • Controller calibration and motor response testing to ensure smooth operation.
